Paul’s obsession with fitness started when he was a little kid.
He fell in love with football and basketball. After competing throughout high school, Paul decided to apply his creative ability in the fitness world. With 15 years of resistance training, Paul is no stranger to exercise. Transforming bodies and helping others are two of the main reasons he wakes up every day. Paul prides himself in walking the walk and promises that if you show up and don’t quit, you will soon be in the best shape of your life. Whether you need someone yelling in your face to motivate you or some positive words of encouragement and patience, Paul will be that person.
Health and well-being are at the foundation of everything we do. It takes personal integrity, discipline and dedication to stick with a healthy lifestyle. There is absolutely no limits but the ones we place on ourselves.

Paul’s credentials include: “Certified Fitness Professional” with the American Fitness Professionals of America (AFPA), the American Academy of CPR & First Aid (CPR/AED/FIRST AID). He brings with him 15 years of resistance training, Kettle bell and TRX experience, basketball/golf conditioning.
