Julie Cobble is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, yoga instructor of Yoga-Alliance, and past Master Trainer and barre instructor of Physique 57 of New York City. In 2015, she spent a year living in Bangkok, training the team of instructors for the opening of Physique 57 Bangkok in Thailand. She had spent several years teaching the technique in New York after a career as a professional dancer. Prior to teaching fitness, she danced professionally with several regional companies in Washington D.C., Tennessee, New Jersey, and New York. She recently graduated from Sage College with a degree in Nutritional Science, and is currently working on her Master’s degree in Nutrition. She believes in working hard but finding the balance between work and play in one’s wellness lifestyle
