Mike Rotolo has been involved in health and fitness for over 40 years. His passion is helping others identify and reach their overall wellness goals by developing a healthy lifestyle. Mike has provided his technical knowledge, lifestyle insight and years of experience to clients of all ages. He specializes in core and functional movement training, strength training, weightlifting and sport specific training.
Mike’s training philosophy is:
“The biggest limitations we have are in our mind. First, commit to change in your mind and heart. The body will soon follow. It has to be about inspiration before it comes down to perspiration.”
Mike Rotolo was a Senior Certified Personal Trainer and group exercise trainer with the Southern Saratoga YMCA. Mike’s certification as a Personal Trainer and a Group Personal Trainer is with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also certified in CPR, AED and First Aid.
