Rob grew up in Shoreham, which is a town in Long Island. He would then move to Springfield, Mass in order to start his fitness career. During that process, Rob knew that training was going to play a big role in his life. Collectively, he has been training for a decade and has lived in Clifton Park for half of that time. Although Rob began studies as chemist, with a goal of becoming a pharmacist, he quickly realized that he wanted to have a much more personal impact in people’s lives. He wanted to help clients prevent unhealthy habits and live an active life, hopefully preventing a need for medication later down the road. Already holding an aptitude for science, Rob switched his major from Chemistry to Kinesiology. He soon earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst, and since then, he has become an ACSM Certified Physiologist, as well as a TRX and Kettlebell instructor. Rob says that he works well with all personalities. He is caring, calm and collected, and a great listener. He does stress that clients who trust the process will gain the best results, so he keeps accountability at the forefront of his process! He says that his clients are what inspires him the most. That’s what it has always been about. Rob is fueled and motivated by the opportunity to move people, and so, every day is an opportunity to put his best efforts forward and truly change the client’s relationship with training for the better. His reminder to you is to understand the “why” of your training goals, and the rest will follow naturally. So, to help Rob continue his journey of having a positive impact on people’s lives: get in touch, and let’s see some serious results!
