SWEAT is our 45-minute group training class designed to build strength, boost cardio, and improve mobility — without burning you out. Each day has a specific focus: one day might be strength, the next cardio, the next balance or core — so your body stays challenged and balanced throughout the week.
Yes, SWEAT is for all fitness levels. We’re serious about form and safety, and our coaches are hands-on every class. If you’re working around an injury or limitation, we’ll adjust movements with modifications that still allow you to train effectively.
Classes aren’t capped, but you’ll never feel crammed. Some time slots, like early mornings, are busier — but we’ve got plenty of space, and our priority is making sure every person feels supported and seen. You’re never just a number here.
Most members see noticeable gains in strength, energy, endurance, and body composition within a few weeks of consistent training. The key is showing up 3–4 times per week — and with our structured weekly format, you can do that without overtraining.
Three to four days per week is ideal. Since each day is focused on a different training style, you can train on back-to-back days without putting extra stress on your body.
We make it easy. For first-timers, we usually offer a 7-day trial. During promo periods, that switches to a free single class — so you can take advantage of discounted rates while they’re active. Once we have your info, booking is fast and convenient through our WellnessLiving app or website. Just pick a time and lock in your spot.
Memberships range from $119 to $169 per month depending on how long you commit. We also offer 10- and 20-class packs, and discounts for students, military, teachers, and families.
If something comes up, no problem — just cancel in the app ahead of time. Unlimited members won’t be penalized, and if you’re on a class pack, cancellations made within the window won’t cost you a session.
Just water, clean gym shoes, and a willingness to show up. We provide everything else — from dumbbells and bands to mats, foam rollers, and sleds. We’ll walk you through every part of the session, including the warm-up and cooldown.
Our coaches are highly trained, experienced, and fully invested in your success. They don’t just cheer you on — they coach. You’ll get real-time form corrections, support, and accountability, whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth.
