Is the 7-Day SWEAT Trial unlimited?
Yes—book as many SWEAT classes as you like for 7 consecutive days.
When does it start?
Your 7 days activate on your first class, not purchase.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. We scale every workout. Your coach will show regressions and progressions.
What should I bring?
Comfy clothes, water, and clean athletic shoes. We handle the rest.
Is the trial for SWEAT only?
Yes—trial covers SWEAT group classes (not private/semi-private training).
What happens after my trial?
Keep your momentum with flexible memberships or class packs. We’ll help you pick the best fit.
