What is SCULPT Private Training?
SCULPT is our one-on-one personal training program, fully customized to your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. You’ll train with a dedicated coach in a private or semi-private space, with every session tailored to move you forward safely and efficiently.
What kind of results can I expect?
You can expect real, lasting results — from fat loss and muscle definition to better energy, posture, and mobility. Most clients begin noticing positive changes in how they look and feel within the first 4–6 weeks, especially with consistent training and smart nutrition.
I haven’t worked out in years. Is this for me?
Yes — and this is exactly where you should be. Whether you’re starting fresh, getting back into it, or dealing with limitations, private training gives you structure, support, and accountability without any guesswork or intimidation.
How long is each session?
You can choose 30-minute or 45-minute sessions based on your goals, availability, and budget. Both are effective — we’ll help you decide which is the best fit.
How often should I train per week?
We typically recommend training 2–3 times per week for best results. Some clients pair private training with SWEAT classes or cardio on their own to accelerate progress.
How much does it cost?

How do I get started?
It starts with a free consultation, scheduled at a day and time that works best for you. We’ll match you with the right coach and walk through your goals. From there, you’ll book future sessions directly with your trainer at times that fit your schedule. It’s flexible and convenient — your training revolves around you.
Do you offer nutrition coaching too?
Yes — our in-house Registered Dietitian can create a custom plan built around your training, lifestyle, and goals. Many clients see the best results when they combine both training and nutrition for a complete transformation.
What if I have an injury or a medical issue?
That’s actually one of the best reasons to work with a coach. We tailor everything to your body and needs — from movement modifications to pacing and load. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing joint pain, or dealing with mobility issues, we’ll keep you moving safely.
Do you offer partner or semi-private sessions?
Yes — if you want to train with a friend, spouse, or accountability partner, we offer Semi-Private Training (SIZZLE) at a discounted rate per person. You’ll each get personalized coaching while sharing the experience.
What if I don’t feel like my trainer is the right fit?
No worries — we want you to feel 100% supported. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you to match you with a coach who’s a better fit for your communication style, energy, and goals. We’re here to make sure you succeed — and that starts with the right relationship.
