What is SHAPE?
SHAPE is our semi-private personal training option — just you, one other client, and a coach. Each person follows a personalized program while training side by side. You get the accountability of a partner, the expertise of a coach, and the results of private training — all at a more affordable rate.
How is it different from group classes or private training?
It’s more individualized than our SWEAT group classes, and more cost-effective than 1-on-1 personal training. You’ll still get hands-on coaching and customized programming, but you’ll be sharing the session with one other person.
Do I need to bring a partner with me?
Ideally, yes — SHAPE works best when you already have someone in mind, like a friend, spouse, or co-worker. If you don’t, no problem. We’ll do our best to match you with another client based on goals and availability, depending on demand.
Will the workout still be customized for me?
Yes. Each person has their own tailored program based on their goals, fitness level, and any limitations. Your coach will guide both of you through your sessions and make sure you’re getting personalized support every step of the way.
How long is each session?
Each SHAPE session is 45 minutes, including warm-up, strength or conditioning work, and cooldown — all professionally coached and structured to deliver results.
How often should I train per week?
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for steady progress. Many SHAPE clients also combine it with SWEAT group classes or other activities depending on their goals.
How much does it cost?
SHAPE is $40–$47 per person, per session, depending on the size of your package. The more you commit, the lower the per-session rate. We’ll help you choose the best option based on your goals, availability, and budget.
Can I mix SHAPE with other services like SWEAT or SCULPT?
Yes — SHAPE pairs really well with both group classes and private training. Many clients use SHAPE for strength training, SWEAT for conditioning, and SCULPT when they want deeper 1-on-1 focus. We’ll help you build the perfect mix.
What if I have an injury or need modifications?
No problem at all. Your program will be adjusted to meet your needs, whether you’re working through an injury, recovering from surgery, or managing mobility issues. Your coach will keep things safe and effective.
What if SHAPE doesn’t feel like the right fit?
We’ve got other great options. If SHAPE doesn’t work for your goals or schedule, we’ll help you transition into a better fit — whether that’s SCULPT, SWEAT, or something else. We’re here to help you succeed, not lock you into a box.
How do I book SHAPE sessions?
